There is an interesting project of the Slovak Mining Museum in Banská Štiavnica called School in the Museum for all history and nature enthusiasts. The kids can try out various activities related to mining so that they can better imagine life in the past.
The School in the Museum has been organised since 1998, and there are various activities, programmes and projects for visitors throughout the year. These are intended for individuals, the public, and schools from the surrounding area and all over Slovakia. Individual activities are carried out in the Slovak Mining Museum exhibition and outdoors in the case of outdoor activities.
